OUR PROCESS
CONSULTATION
It all starts with the consultation! This 45-90 minute meeting will allow us to blueprint your project from start to finish. We want to make sure we don't miss a mark while turning your visions into reality. Our team specializes in coming up with innovative ideas that will complete the look of your home/workspace.
CUSTOMIZATION
For those looking to get their project started, but are unsure what they are specifically looking for, let Jay's Fabrication Inc do the work for you! Our team will piece together ideas and sketches and will form an entire project that will be sure to complement your space in the best way possible.
DESIGNING
From the consultation, we get straight to work! The designing process involves a hand-drawn sketch of your pieces so you can fully understand the scope of your project and are able to perceive exactly what the final product will look like.
FABRICATION
Once the design is approved, we will commence the fabrication of said pieces. This part of the process requires a special kind of attention to detail as it will involve the measuring, cutting, welding and grinding of each pieces. Once achieved, we will start the prep for primer and paint, and will in turn prime and paint your final pieces.
FINAL INSPECTION
Once the fabrication has finalized, we will make sure everything is up to code and will go through a final inspection. We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with the work at hand, so we consider this step of the process a key element and take our time to ensure that we can provide quality work.
INSTALLATION
The day we have all been waiting for! Installation Day! At this stage, we will be coming to your home/workspace to install your pieces. This entails core and hammer drilling, hole digging, and securing the pieces into place. We will be making the final touches to ensure the end product is of high quality.
